Receta Turkey Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 8 lbs chunked turkey meat
- 4 cups diced onions
- 4 cups diced red pepper
- 4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 ox minced garlic
- 1/4 cup turkey base- regular
- 8 lbs cooked brown rice
- 1 1/2 gals cream sauce (alfredo sauce)
- 2 lbs cheddar cheese- shredded or cubed
- 4 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Saute onion, peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add turkey base and garlic, salt and pepper.
- Combine with cooked chunked turkey, par cooked broccoli and mix well.
- Add the cooked rice.
- Place in greased aluminum pan.
- Meanwhile, make the alfredo sauce and blend in to melt the parmesan cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the turkey rice vegetable mix and stir to combine well.
- Stir in the cubed or shredded cheese.
- Bake
- Garnish the top with parmesan cheese and minced parsley.
