- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients. Pour over turkey tenderloin and marinate overnight. Grill over warm coals 8-10 min each side (about 30 min) till no longer pink in center.
