Receta Turkey With Cornbread & Oyster Stuffing
Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. fresh turkey, sliced & pounded
- 4 ounce. cornbread
- 1 ounce. Brunoise carrot, celery, onion & bacon
- 6 pc. oysters
- 1 ounce. fresh minced sage
- 1 each egg yolk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 2 ounce. giblet gravy
Direcciones
- Saute/fry bacon; add in onion, carrot, celery; add in 4 pcs minced oysters; add in cornbread which has been crumbled. Add in chicken stock and sage, add in egg yolk. Cold down the stuffing before rolling into turkey. Tie with twine. Season with salt and pepper and brown in a saute/fry pan. Finish the cooking in a 350 degree oven for 12 min. Slice and arrange on giblet gravy. Garnish with poached oysters.
