Receta Two Cool Avocado Soup
Ingredientes
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 2 slices lemon
Direcciones
- Blend avocado, broth and lemon juice in blender till smooth. Add in half and half, salt and pepper. Stir well and chill. Garnish with lemon slices. Serves 2.
