Receta Uncooked Fresh Red Raspberry Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. red raspberry Jello
- 2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Use recipe for your favorite pie crust. Bake pie shell and set aside to cold.
- Combine Jello, water, cornstarch and sugar in a medium saucepan. Stir constantly and cook till it boils. Remove from heat. Cold in refrigerator till it starts to thicken. Fold in 1 qt of cleaned red raspberries. Pour into pie shell. Set in refrigerator a few hrs. Top with whipped cream before serving.
