- Thinly sliced veal scallopini
- Italian style bread crumbs
- Garlic
- Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Large eggs
- Butter
Direcciones
- Mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl. Dip the veal into the liquid and then into the bread crumbs. Heat butter in pan and fry the meat 1 minute on each side.
