Ingredientes
- 3-4 raw Large eggs
- Italian bread crumbs
- Veal scallopini
- Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Dip each scallopini in egg and bread crumbs. Repeat dipping. Heat extra virgin olive oil in skillet. Saute/fry scallopini 1 to 2 min per side. Serve with spaghetti carbonara!
