Ingredientes
- 3 pcs of veal scallopini
- Eggplant
- Prosciutto
- Sherry
- White wine
- Flour
- Mozzarella
- Butter
Direcciones
- H eat frying pan and add in 1 Tbsp. of veg. oil. Take veal and flour lightly. Place veal in pan and brown lightly; throw away oil. Add in 2 ounce. sherry wine, 2 ounce. chicken stock, 2 Tbsp. of butter and reduce sauce. While reducing sauce, top veal with a thin slice of eggplant, Prosciutto and Mozzarella.
