Ingredientes
- 2 carrots, cut into about 1 inch pieces
- 1 leek, cut into about 1 inch pieces
- 2 sticks celery, cut into about 1 inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
- 1 small red onion, peeled and quartered
- 2-3 leaves kale, de-stemmed and cut into smaller pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, quartered
- 1 green bell pepper, quartered
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, quartered
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and cut in half
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 2-3 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons Bragg's amino acid
- 8-16 Large won ton wrappers (depending on how many you want to make)
- For the sauce:
- 1 Tablespoon Bragg's amino acid
- 1 Tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
