- ½ c. chopped tomatoes
- ½ c. chopped dried figs
- ¼ c. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1 (scant) c. unsweetened soy milk
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
