Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce.) can (1 c.) tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- In Dutch oven or possibly large heavy saucepan, lightly brown grnd beef; drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frzn vegetables, onion soup mix and sugar. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
