  1. Drain water off green beans, corn, peas and mushrooms. Combine in a large bowl. Add in salad pimentos, celery, green pepper, carrot and onion; mix well. Add in salad oil, water, vinegar, sugar and garlic salt. Mix these ingredients and pour over vegetables. 8-10 hrs or possibly overnight, drain and serve. This salad is better the longer it sets.
