- 1 box Swiss dry soup mix, Knorr
- 3 green onions
- 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, must be thawed and liquid removed - no moisture

- Mix together and chill. Is wonderful served in bread bowl. Use to dip carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, Wheat Thins, etc.
