Receta Veggie Turkey Burrito

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. grnd turkey
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/4 c. cauliflower
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 c. broccoli, minced
- 1 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 ounce. green chilies
- 1 c. kidney beans
- 1/4 c. dill pickles, minced
- 1 can of corn, liquid removed
- 10 flour tortillas
- 20 tbsp. heinz BBQ sauce ( 2 tbsp. per serving)
- Picante sauce
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Lite Line Cheddar cheese (1 ounce. per serving)
Direcciones
- Combine cauliflower, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and celery in pot, and steam. Brown turkey in skillet and season with taco seasoning. Mix turkey, onion, pickles, garlic, kidney beans, green chilies and corn with steamed minced vegetables. Add in BBQ sauce and mix well. Fill flour tortillas with mix, sprinkle with cheese and wrap.
- At time of serving, heat burrito and sauce in the microwave. Cover heated burrito with sauce and dig in! Serves 10.
