Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening (Crisco, white)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 4 c. sifted enriched flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly lemon or possibly orange extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix with electric mixer the Crisco, sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients together in 1 separate bowl. Then alternately mix the c. of lowfat milk and dry ingredients into the shortening, sugar, and egg mix. Bake in warm oven (375 degrees), depending on cookie size. Bake small, 8 to 10 min or possibly till brown; medium, 10 to 12 min or possibly till brown.
