Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. pineapple grapefruit juice drink
- 4 egg whites
- 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
- Nutmeg
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine lowfat milk, egg yolks, sugar and salt. Beat till foamy. Stir in pineapple grapefruit juice. In a large mixer bowl, beat egg whites till stiff. Mix in fruit juice mix. Ladle into glasses. Add in scoop of ice cream to each glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg. This makes 8 servings of 8 ounces each.
