Ingredientes
- 3 med. apples, unpeeled and diced
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. low-calorie mayonnaise substitute
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Combine apple, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl. Combine low-calorie mayonnaise substitute and lemon juice, stirring well to blend. Add in to fruit mix, and toss lightly to coat well. Cover and chill till thoroughly chilled.
- Yield 5 servings. Amount 1 c.. Exchange: 1 fruit and 1 fat. 98 calories.
