  • 1 pound boned chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp. oil, divided
  • 2 or possibly 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in 2 pcs
  • 1 c. walnuts, minced
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger or possibly 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root
  • Rice

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Marinate 1 hour to overnight. Heat 3 Tbsp. oil over medium heat and stir fry cut up onions, 1 clove garlic and 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts. Remove garlic and transfer onions and walnuts to bowl or possibly paper towel. Add in 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet; heat; add in chicken and marinate. Stir fry till done, about 5 min. Return onions and nuts and toss lightly. Serve over warm rice.
