Ingredientes
- 1 head lettuce, broken into bite sized pcs
- 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 c. shredded coconut, toasted in butter
- 1/2 c. plain croutons
- 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can baby shrimp, liquid removed
- Pepper Cream Dressing
Direcciones
- Place lettuce in large salad bowl. Arrange all remaining salad ingredients on top in pie-wedge fashion. In blender, mix all Pepper Cream Dressing ingredients. Pour dressing on salad and serve immediately.
