Receta Watermelon, Orange, Lime and Feta Skewers
These kebabs or skewers are a great pre-dinner snack or even as part of a party selection! If you're entertaining guests, they are great as you can serve them with some refreshing drinks. They have clean fresh flavours and a zesty strong flavour! Hope you enjoy them.
Ingredientes
- 1kg Watermelon, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 Oranges, peeled and cut into cubes
- 210g Feta Cheese, cut into chunks
- 12 mint leaves
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
- Ground Black Pepper
Direcciones
- Place 1 piece of watermelon and orange on each skewer, followed by 1 mint leaf and 1 piece of feta.
- Freshly squeeze the lime juice over the skewers ans sprinkle with the lime zest. Season with cracked black pepper and they're ready to serve.
