  • 2/3 cup vanilla Chobani Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cooked, cooled quinoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon flax seed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon kale powder (or substitute 1/3 cup baby spinach leaves)
  • 3 tablespoons milk (I use almond milk)
