%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20managed%20to%20gain%204.5%20lbs%20in%20the%20past%20one%20month!%20A%20combination%20of%20stress-eating%20and%20lack%20of%20any%20exercise%20regimen%20are%20the%20reasons.%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20mind%20the%20weight%20as%20much%20as%20the%20flab.%20It%20would%20have%20been%20nice%20had%20it%20all%20distributed%20evenly%20but%20of%20course,%20life%20doesn't%20work%20way!%20It%20seems%20like%20all%20of%20the%204.5%20lbs%20headed%20straight%20to%20my%20mid-region.%20Now%20I%20have%20my%20nephew%E2%80%99s%20wedding%20coming%20up%20in%20late%20October%20and%20I%20really,%20truly%20need%20to%20flatten%20the%20abs%20by%20then.%20After%20all,%20I%20have%20those%20saris%20to%20wear%20and%20a%20long%20evening%20dress%20that%20needs%20to%20sit%20right.%20Zumba%20has%20been%20great%20for%20me%20in%20the%20past%20to%20tone%20the%20core.%20So%20zumba%20twice%20a%20week%20and%20circuit%20training%20once%20is%20what%20I%20managed%20last%20week.%20I'll%20be%20happy%20if%20I%20can%20sustain%20this%20for%20the%20coming%20week.%20Food-wise%20too,%20I'm%20trying%20to%20keep%20my%20immense%20love%20for%20breads%20and%20rice%20at%20bay.%20Below%20is%20typical%20of%20my%20weekdays%20the%20past%20week%20-%20heavier%20breakfast%20(this%20was%20egg%20whites%20with%20veggies%20and%20cheese),%20salad%20for%20lunch%20with%20a%20wheat%20roll%20and%20some%20pita-hummus%20for%20snacking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20of%20the%20stress%20causers%20is%20also%20the%20fact%20that%20I%E2%80%99ll%20be%20travelling%20alone%20to%20India%20for%20a%20week,%20leaving%20my%20two%20babies%20behind%20with%20their%20Dad.%20Right%20now,%20they%E2%80%99re%20all%20confident%20and%20planning%20on%20all%20the%20fun%20they%20can%20have.%20No%20Mom%20going%20%E2%80%9C%20don%E2%80%99t%20do%20this%E2%80%9D,%20%E2%80%9Cdon%E2%80%99t%20do%20that%E2%80%9D,%20%E2%80%9Cdrink%20your%20milk%E2%80%9D,%20%E2%80%9Cbedtime%20-now!%E2%80%9D,%20you%20see.%20Miss%20M%20also%20reassures%20me%20that%20she%20will%20help%20with%20taking%20care%20of%20her%20younger%20brother.%20The%20little%20fellow%20just%20wants%20some%20chocolate%20from%20India%20in%20return.%20The%20Dad%20is%20all%20chilled%20too,%20right%20now.%20My%20BIL%20once%20took%20care%20of%20three%20kids%20under%204%20by%20himself,%20for%20over%203%20weeks.%20This%20should%20be%20more%20easily%20manageable.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFingers%20crossed%20for%20all%20being%20well%20and%20going%20well.%20Have%20a%20great%20week%20ahead,%20folks.%20And%20thank%20you%20for%20listening.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
