- 2/3 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed slightly

%20%20But%20who%20say's%20you%20can't%20have%20a%20little%20something%20naughty%20sometimes%20too.%20%20As%20long%20as%20it%20is%20only%20a%20little%20naughty.%20%20By%20little%20here,%20I%20mean%20teeny%20tiny%20piece.%20%20With%20this%20pie,%20that%20is%20not%20hard%20to%20do.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20friend%20Patsy%20recently%20made%20a%20Peanut%20Butter%20Pie.%20%20She%20was%20good%20though%20and%20made%20a%20lighter,%20better%20for%20you%20pie.%20%20Me.%20%20I%20had%20to%20go%20and%20make%20Paula%20Deen's%20artery%20clogging%20recipe.%20%20I%20did%20use%201/3%20less%20fat%20cream%20cheese%20and%20less%20heavy%20cream%20though,%20if%20that%20counts%20for%20anything?%20Um,%20but%20I%20did%20add%20hot%20fudge%20sauce.%20%20LOL%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20had%20been%20a%20while%20since%20I%20had%20made%20any%20dessert%20to%20have%20in%20the%20house%20for%20after%20dinner.%20%20That%20is%20when%20Grumpy%20likes%20his%20sweets.%20%20About%20an%20hour%20or%20so%20after%20his%20meal%20he%20is%20ready%20for%20dessert.%20%20Many%20times,%20he%20has%20to%20go%20without%20because%20I%20just%20don't%20have%20it%20here.%20%20We%20were%20having%20the%20in-laws%20up%20yesterday%20however%20so%20I%20decided%20to%20make%20this%20peanut%20butter%20pie.%20%20Not%20because%20of%20Grumpy%20mind%20you.%20%20But%20because%20I%20knew%20my%20MIL%20would%20really%20enjoy%20it%20(and%20she%20did!%20%20lol).%20%20My%20mom%20also%20got%20a%20piece%20to%20take%20home%20with%20her%20and%20she%20promptly%20told%20me%20today%20that%20she%20ate%20it%20as%20soon%20as%20she%20got%20home.%20%20Dad,%20he%20had%20to%20take%20some%20coffeecake%20because%20he%20doesn't%20like%20peanut%20butter.%20%20I%20know,%20can%20you%20believe%20that?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20a%20little%20tiny%20sliver%20last%20night%20and%20a%20little%20bit%20of%20what%20I%20have%20photographed%20here%20this%20afternoon.%20%20Then%20it%20went%20back%20in%20the%20freezer.%20%20Its%20plenty%20sweet%20and%20plenty%20rich.%20%20You%20don't%20need%20much%20to%20be%20satisfied!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20didn't%20have%20a%20graham%20cracker%20crust%20on%20hand%20but%20I%20had%20ingredients%20to%20make%20one,%20so%20I%20used%20a%20recipe%20for%20Graham%20Cracker%20Crust%20from%20allrecipes.com.%20%20This%20is%20an%20awesome%20crust%20recipe%20and%20I%20will%20use%20this%20from%20now%20on%20when%20making%20a%20graham%20cracker%20crust!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMrs%20Salter's%20Peanut%20Butter%20Pie%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efrom%20Paula%20Deen,%20adapted%20by%20me%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrepare%20pie%20crust.%20%20Spread%20slightly%20warmed%20hot%20fudge%20sauce%20over%20graham%20cracker%20crust.%20%20Place%20in%20freezer%20to%20set%20while%20mixing%20pie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhip%20cream%20with%201/4%20cup%20sugar.%20Mix%20cream%20cheese,%20peanut%20butter,%20confectioner's%20sugar%20(the%201%20cup)%20and%20milk%20until%20smooth.%20%20Fold%20in%20whipped%20cream%20until%20well%20blended.%20Pour%20mixture%20into%20a%20graham%20cracker%20crust%20and%20chill%20for%20several%20hours%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrior%20to%20serving,%20top%20with%20whipped%20cream%20(I%20used%20pressurized%20cream)%20and%20drizzle%20with%20warmed%20hot%20fudge%20sauce.%20%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
