Receta whole wheat buttermilk pancakes
I made these for Pancake Tuesday (Shrove Tuesday) for my kids and they said they were the best ever! You can't tell that these are mostly whole wheat
Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 1 tbsp olive oil (canola or coconut oil)
- 3 egg yolks and 1 egg white
Direcciones
- Place all wet ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Lightly spray a nonstick frying pan with oil and make pancakes whatever size you like.
