Receta Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins (and a weird squash)
Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. whole wheat white flour (Again, I used Wheat Montana brand.)
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. ground nutmeg
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground cloves
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. fine sea salt
- 2 c. pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. coconut oil
- 1 t. pure vanilla extract
- Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins.
- Make topping:
- 1/2 c. oats
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 T. cinnamon
