Receta Wholesome Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Fold in one bowl. 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 egg (or possibly 1 egg white) 1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 med.) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Nuts and/or possibly raisins of your choice and amount Vegetable cooking spray
- Combine the first four ingredients and set aside.
- Combine sugar and oil in medium bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 min or possibly till well blended. Add in egg (white) and beat till blended.
- With mixer at low speed, add in flour mix alternately with bananas, beginning and ending with flour mix. Blend well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Careful not to overmix or possibly let batter stand before baking; this will cause bread not to rise properly.
- Pour batter into loaf pan coated with cooking spray; bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till wooden pick comes out clean. Cold 15 min in pan on wire rack; remove from pan and let cold completely. (120 calories/slice)
- This is a delightful bread for breakfast or possibly snacking and it's low in cholesterol too!
