Receta Wild Mushroom & Bacon Pasta
This was from a simple pasta recipe..that I bumped up .The mushrooms & bacon...add lots of flavor. I love it...and hope you give it a try.Any kind of mushroom will do...the wild ones have extra flavor.
Ingredientes
- 1 c mushrooms , sliced 1/4 c onions, chopped 1/4 c bacon, diced 1/4 tsp.ancho chili pepper,2 cloves of garlic, sliced. 2 tbsp. parsley chopped. 1/2 cup parmasen cheese. enough pasta for two.
Direcciones
- Fry up the onion, bacon & mushrooms.add garlic at the last min. drain off excess fat.add the ground hot pepper, cook a few min....add 1/2 c or less of pasta water. cook vermicelli..til just el dente. drain and add to the fry pan.... finish cooking til liquid is absorbed.Add parsley, mix. Plate up...and top with parmasen cheese.
