Ingredientes
- 2 c. Dole fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 hard bananas, peeled & sliced
- 1 c. seedless grapes
- 1 c. sliced oranges
- 1 c. pitted dates
- 1 lettuce
- 1 c. vanilla yogurt
- Zest & juice from orange
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr (opt.)
Direcciones
- Put together pineapple, bananas, grapes, oranges and dates. Arrange fruit on individual lettuce-lined plates.For dressing, put together yogurt, 1 tsp orange zest, 1/2 cup orange juice, dates and curry pwdr in blender. Whip till smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve salad with dressing. Serves 6.
