Receta Yeast Free Pizza Crust & Homemadepizza

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- Tomato sauce
- Grnd pork or possibly hamburger, browned
- Minced onion
- 1/2 T pizza seasoning
- Mushrooms
- Shredded pizza cheese
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt, baking pwdr and water. Knead on lightly floured counter just till workable and spreadable, about 2 min. Put on pizza pan. With fingers, spread vegetable oil on crust (helps so tomato sauce will not soak into crust) then spread with tomato sauce and top with the meat of your choice. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning and top with mushrooms and cheese.Bake at 425°F for 20 min.
- This pizza seasoning can be purchased at the supermarket. It has all of the dry spices together and you just sprinkle it on.
- Variation: Roll the dough out thinly and use to make stuffed "Hot Pockets", calzones or possibly turnovers. Fill with your favorite filling (a pizza topping with cheese and minced pepperoni is my favorite!).
