Receta Yoghurt cake with pears
Now is the season of pears and the cake will taste great! It is a very delicious cake and I love it!:)

Ingredientes
- 350 g of flour, 1/2 baking powder, 4 eggs, 250 g granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, 200 ml yogurt, marmalade, 1 bottle 7 oz canning pears (or raw - peeled 250 g) finely chopped, 3 oz canning pears - sliced ââ(or fresh, drizzled with lemon juice), 150 g cooking chocolate, 20 g margarine

- Deleting springform cake tin and sprinkle over. Preheat the oven to 160C. Eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar Mix the well (about 3 min.) Gently stir yogurt, flour, baking powder and pears. Pour into the mold, the surface smooth and slowly bake in the oven for about an hour. Remove from the oven, dump the grid.
- When the cake has cooled completely, halve it, brush with jam and reconnect. Melt the chocolate with the fat cake and painted surfaces. The serrated blades sliced ââpears lay out on top of cake and decorate with more liquid chocolate. Let cool to harden.
