Receta Zucchini (Zoodles)-Carrot-Summer Salad
Summer salad for any occasion. Super delicious!
Ingredientes
- Two Zucchini (sprialized to zoodles)
- 2 whole carrots (peeled, spiralized)
- 1/2 Red Onion (sliced thinkly)
- For the Dressing: 1/4 cup real mayonnaise, one teaspoon Pure Honey, 3 tablespoons Ketchup, dash of salt and black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- I use a manual spiralizer for the zucchini (rinse them well)
- Peel and spiralize the carrots
- Add both into a large mixing bowl
- Mix Dressing, add to salad and toss gently, refrigerate until ready to serve.
