Ingredientes

  • wheat bread for the sandwich you can use normal bread too. This is a great lunch box recipe or goes well even
  • as an evening snack for kids.
  • INGREDIENTS
  • Few Bread slices (I used wheat bread)
  • Potato fry (recipe given below)
  • Grated cheese (totally optional, I did not use it)
  • Oil - As required
  • For the Potato fry
  • Medium
  • White potato (or any kind) - 4

  • bell pepper - 1 chopped

  • peas - 3/4th cup (I used frozen)
  • Corn
  • 1/4 cup (I used frozen)

  • onion - 1 chopped

  • chilly- 4 finely chopped or red chilly powder as per taste
  • Curry
  • leaves - Few
  • Salt
  • As per taste
  • Lemon
  • juice - 1 spoon
  • Coriander
  • leaves - Few for garnish
  • For Tempering

  • 4 tsp
  • Bengal
  • gram / Chana dal - 1 tsp
  • Urad
  • dal - ½ tsp
  • Cumin
  • seeds - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
