Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Bananas, fresh
  • 1 x -1/2 c. Light raisins, minced (or possibly 1/2 c. grape concentrate)
  • 7 pt Water
  • 2 x -1/4 lb White sugar
  • 3 tsp Acid blend (I use acid test to determine exact amount)
  • 1/4 tsp Tannin
  • 1 tsp Yeast Energizer
  • 1 pkt Wine yeast

Direcciones

  1. Slice bananas AND skins. Put in straining bag and tie off. Simmer for 30 min in 1-1/2 qts water. Remove bag of pulp (and throw away). Pour warm liquid and sugar into primary. Dissolve. Add in remainder of cool water and rest of ingredients except yeast. Once cold sufficient, add in yeast and cover primary. Stir every day and check SG. Once you reach SG 1.040, rack to secondary, (strain too), and put on airlock. After about 3 weeks you should reach SG 1.000. Rerack and put on airlock. Repeat racking in a couple months if neccessary. Use bentonite too if desired.
