  • 2 Cups Puffed Rice | Pori
  • 1 Medium sized Potato boiled and mashed
  • 2 Medium sized Onion, finely chopped, divided
  • 1-2 Medium sized finely chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Mint coriander chutney
  • 1 Tbsp Dates Tamarind chutney
  • A bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • A pinch of black salt
  • 1/2 Cup roasted unsalted peanuts
  • For topping
  • 1/2 Cup sev
  • Lime wedges
