  1. Dissolve the yeast, cake mix and salt in the lukewarm water. Add in flavor and fold in flour. Allow to rise for about 1 hour. Punch down. Roll in rectangle shape on lightly floured surface. Brush with melted butter. Put together sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over buttered surface. Roll up and slice 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick pcs. Place in greased baking pan. Let rise for about 45 min and then bake 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees. May be glazed with a thin mix of powdered sugar. Delicious when served hot!
