  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream, reg. or possibly lite
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry or possibly white wine
  • 1 c. sauteed mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and sherry in large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and curry pwdr. Mix in mushrooms. Grease bottom and sides of casserole dish. Pour 1/3 of sauce mix in dish. Add in chicken breasts and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in oven 1 1/2 hrs. Serve over rice or possibly noodles. Serves 4.
