Ingredientes
- 225 gm Butter
- 175 gm Golden brown caster sugar
- 350 gm Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr A few drops vanilla extract
- 225 gm Butter
- 175 gm Golden brown caster sugar
- 275 gm Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 50 gm Cocoa pwdr
Direcciones
- 1 Take two bowls, one for each dough. Put the butter into each bowl and soften with a wooden spoon. Add in the vanilla dough ingredients to one bowl and the chocolate dough ingredients to the other, use a spoon to bring the mix together.
- 2 Use your hands to knead each dough till smooth. Break each into quarters, take a quarter of each and push the two pcs together.
- Roll into a long roll so which the chocolate and vanilla dough mix together. Repeat with the remaining dough, creating different patterns of white and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 190c/375f/Gas 5. Cut the dough into thin slices, place well apart on a baking tray and bake for 15 min. Set on greaseproof paper and serve or possibly wrap and give as a gift.
