Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 x egg
- 2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp almond extract Green vegetable food coloring
Direcciones
- Cream shortening, adding sugar gradually.
- Add in unbeaten egg, when combined add in sifted dry ingredients, flavoring, and a few drops of vegetable coloring. Mix just till ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Fill a cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased aluminum cookie sheet, using the tree plate and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Decorate with tiny candies.
- Yield: 6dozen.
