  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 pkg. Desserta pudding mix (vanilla, chocolate or possibly butterscotch)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. nuts
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. minced dates (or possibly raisins)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix Bisquick and pudding mix together. Add in nuts and dates and coat them well with Bisquick and pudding mix. Make a hole in center and add in rest of ingredients and stir a little bit so egg and lowfat milk are mixed before mixing all together. Drop by tsp. or possibly Tbsp. on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.

    I tried this recipe with sugar free banana pudding without the dates(way too much sugar)and my husband said they tasted like banana biscuits.My son said it tasted like a banana RUNT(candy).
    It took a lot more than 3TBSP of milk and about 20 to 25 minutes to get done. I used 1/4 to 1/3 cup of milk and still feel the dough was too thick.
    (Could be why they too so long to cook.) My husband said he liked them and with a little tweaking, I'll probably make them again.
