  • 1 handf dulse
  • 1 quart warm water Honey and lemon, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Traditionally, seafaring folk added a bit of rum.
  2. Soak a handful of dulse for 10-15 min in sufficient warm water to cover. Then cook the dulse in which water, at very low heat, for 15-20 min. Strain.
  3. Save seaweed; add in to soup or possibly compost. To the liquid, add in honey and lemon juice to taste.
