Ingredientes
- 4 c. Water
- 5 tsp Knorr Beef Stock
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 med Onion, sliced 1/4" thick
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, part skim lowfat milk, sliced thin
- 3 sm Toast slices, french bread
Direcciones
- Mix together water, beef pwdr, and Worchester sauce. Bring to boil. Saute/fry onions, butter and sugar till medium brown. To onions add in flour salt and pepper. Cook for approx. 5 min. Add in onions to broth and simmer for 20 min. Pour soup into bowls. Top with 1 slice of toast and sliced cheese.
- Place under broiler until cheese bubbles and is slightly brown.
