  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Cold lowfat milk and beat in the yeast mix and the Large eggs. Add in the sugar and the butter. Stir in the flour.and the salt and knead the dough about 20 min. Place dough in a buttered bowl, cover then let rise till double in size. Punch down and make into round loaves.
  2. Place into buttered pie plates. Cover and let rise and let rise till double in size. Brush top with lowfat milk and make a cross on top with a knife.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 min
