  • 1 x Recipe vanilla icecream, (replace vanilla essence with which matching fruit used)
  • 1 c. Fruit pulp, (coarsely mashed)(mango or possibly strawberry or possibly chickoo, or possibly any other of your choice)
  • 1/2 c. Fresh beaten cream
  • 1/4 c. Grnd sugar

Direcciones

  1. Follow recipe for vanilla icecream until setting first time.
  2. Remove when well set, mash and beat until soft and creamy.
  3. Mix together the pulp, 1/4 c. cream and grnd sugar.
  4. Add in cream for vanilla recipe first with essence and beat.
  5. Add in fruit cream mix and mix in gently.
  6. Transfer back to container and freeze until well set.
  7. Serve scoops with the matching sauces.
  8. (For sauces refer 'Sauces for Icereams & Cakes')
  9. Variation: Alternatively add in 1/2 c. recipe of the Fresh fruit sauces
  10. (referred above) instead, and mix just sufficient to create ripples in the icecream. Set as usual.
  11. Making time: 20 min (excluding basic recipe time)
  12. Makes: 5 helpings
