  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 3 x Ribs celery
  • 40 x milliliter Garlic -- chopped
  • 1 med Bell pepper
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomaotes
  • 1 pkt Crawfish tails x Salt and pepper
  • 4 sm Pk cream cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place onions, celery, garlic and bell pepper in processor or possibly chop fine. In black skillet, heat butter. Add in veggies. Saute/fry on low heat with lid on till clear. Add in tomatoes which have been in food processor or possibly blender. Add in crawfish and simmer till liquid is evaporated. Add in seasoning to taste. While still hot, add in cream cheese and mix well. Chill and serve cool. (wrv)
