- 1 c. white crab meat
- 1 x hard-cooked egg grated
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 4 x English muffins halved, toasted
- 1 pkt Hollandaise Sauce
- Â Â Paprika for garnish
- Â Â Minced parsley for garnish
- Â Â Minced green onion for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a skillet. Add in the crab meat, grated Large eggs, sherry, lemon juice, Tabasco. Cook till heated through.
- Place English muffin half in each serving dish. Cover with crab meat mix. Top with Hollandaise Sauce. Place under broiler till bubbly.
