Receta Mushrooms Stuffed With Crab Meat

Ingredientes
- Lg. mushrooms to stuff, cleaned and with stems removed
- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 1 sm. jar pimentos, minced
- 1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise
- Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- 1 teaspoon celery seed or possibly 2 T celery flakes
- Parsley
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 T cornstarch
- Butter Buds
- 1/2 c. Muenster or possibly Gruyere cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients and fill mushrooms. Broil till cooked, about 5 min. Remove from broiler. Pour on cheese sauce. Broil till brown.
- Mix cornstarch with small amount of lowfat milk till cornstarch is dissolved; add in rest of lowfat milk and Butter Buds. Cook over medium heat till mix thickens and starts to boil. Add in cheese and cook till cheese dissolves. Pour over stuffed mushrooms; sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese; broil till brown,
