  1. Have lettuce leaves ready at serving time.
  2. Pour boiling water on gelatin in 2-qt bowl; stir till gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cranberry juice and lemon juice. Chill till cold. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 3 1/2 c. mold. Chill till hard, at least 4 hrs.
  3. At serving time, unmold onto lettuce leaves. Serve with mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, if you like.
