Receta Autumn Apple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1 pkt (3 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 pkt (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Diced unpeeled apples
- 1/2 x To 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 1 c. Whipped topping Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, combine pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil and boil for 3 min. Add in gelatin; stir till dissolved. Add in cream cheese; stir till mix is thoroughly combined. Cold. Mix in apples, nuts, celery and whipped topping. Pour into a 9-in. square baking pan. Refrigeratetill hard. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
- Yield: 9-12 servings.
