  •     Makes 12 Muffins
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp Stevia Extract Pwdr
  • 1 x egg or possibly 1 heaping Tbsp. soy flour plus 1 level Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. oil (1/4 c. applesauce)*
  • 1 med apple cored and medium minced
  • 3/4 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix first seven ingredients thoroughly. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Gradually mix dry ingredients into moist ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  2. *you can use applesauce in place of oil.
