Ingredientes
- 18 ounce. can vacuum pack sweet potatoes, liquid removed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 1/4 ounce. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. coarsely minced nuts
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows or possibly 10 - 12 lg. marshmallows, cut up
- Grnd nutmeg
Direcciones
- Layer sweet potatoes, salt, pineapple, nuts, brown sugar and 1/2 c. of the marshmallows in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 5 to 7 min. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows. Microwave uncovered till marshmallows are puffed up, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
